You are only represented when you and your agent have signed a Buyer’s Agency Agreement. If the agent doesn’t represent you, ask yourself who’s interest do they represent? The only other person in the transaction is the Seller!

Susan can serve you the best way possible for you – in person, emailing, or even chat with Susan. Regardless of what company or agent has property listed, she’ll go through those listings that contain your search criteria. You too can do a preliminary home search online before speaking with Susan and to better your knowledge of what is out there before you come to the appointment with Susan.

Then the listings are gone over with you on the big screen TV and one by one the listings are eliminated or added to your “Possible” list. Once this is completed, we go through the “Possible” list together and pick out the very best ones to see. Appointments are made and the next step is to go out and see the homes and find you just the right one.

This may seem like a lot of work, but trust me, it saves hours even days of sitting in the car driving around to properties that you don’t have any interest in. It allows you, the buyer, to go through the thousands of listings available and narrow them down to just the cream of the crop. And that is really what you are looking for isn’t it?

Some agents only want to show their companies listings, but this is absolutely unacceptable if they are representing you. They are not allowing you to see what the entire market has to offer. You can start your search here if you like.
